Dry Breaded Pork

-Pork loin roast or pork chops about 4-5 lbs
- 2 ½ cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup corn meal
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Hot Chili Powder
-3 eggs beaten

These can be made 2 ways either by cutting roast into chunks or deboning pork loin chops and flattening them. You can cut the flattened pork into strips or pieces.

Mix dry ingredients together.
Dip strips pieces or cubes into egg . Then roll in crumb mixture.
Place in hot oil in deep fryer or in deep fry pan or wok.
Fry till golden brown.
Drain on paper towels then chow down!

This breading recipe can be used for a shake and bake recipe too and also if you leave the flattened chops whole and bread them .. well you have Snitzel! A multi Purpose recipe!

This will freeze well cooked or uncooked. Let cool if you are freezing cooked meat and if you are going to freeze raw breaded meat freeze individually on cookie sheets and separate with wax paper before storing.
