Chinese Greens
Stir-Fried Chinese Greens with Ginger, Oyster and Soy Sauce
2 cups Bok Choy
1 cup Broccoli
2 cups Baby Spinach
3 stalks Celery
2 Carrots
2 Onions
1 Green Pepper
1 Cup button Mushrooms Quartered
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 tablespoon grated or thinly sliced Ginger
3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
2 tablespoon Soya Sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 shake of Salt and Pepper
-Wash all veggies set spinach to the side.
Cut Bok Choy and Green Pepper into large pieces.
Slice Carrots and Celery at an angle leave fairly chunky.
Cut onions into wedges and mushrooms into quarters.
Chop of press garlic cloves
Heat oil and add ginger in your Wok or large Stir fry pan Cook for about 30 seconds and then add all the veggies (except for spinach)
and seasonings stir well to coat all the veggies in sauce. Depending on how you like your vegetables cooked. (I like mine slightly crunchie)
decide for yourself when you feel the veggies are almost cooked to your liking and add spinach. Stir well till spinach has wilted and serve
right away.
If you like Curried Vegetables add curry to taste when mixing veggies.
